These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and daniatus ("the Publisher", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Sit Less mobile application ("the App"), distributed through the Solana dApp Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use wallet-connection and tipping features of the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, the Publisher grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Description of the App
Sit Less is a personal wellness and productivity tool that reminds you to stand up, do squats, drink water, and focus using a Pomodoro timer. It also lets you connect a Solana wallet and send a voluntary tip to the developer. All personal activity data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Health and safety disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, fitness, or professional advice. Reminders and squat suggestions are for general wellness purposes only. Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise routine. Do not perform squats or other activity if it is unsafe for you. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety and assume all risk arising from acting on the App's reminders.
5. Wallet, blockchain transactions, and tips
- The App uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to connect to a wallet you already control. We never access your private keys or seed phrase. All transaction signing occurs inside your wallet.
- The "Tip 0.15 SOL" feature is entirely voluntary. If you use it, the App builds a transfer of 0.15 SOL on the Solana mainnet to the developer's address, which your wallet asks you to approve.
- Blockchain transactions are final, irreversible, and public. Once confirmed, a transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us, by you, or by anyone. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before approving them in your wallet.
- You are responsible for any network fees, for having sufficient funds, and for any taxes arising from your transactions.
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile, and use of blockchain networks carries risk. You use these features at your own risk. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice.
- No refunds. Tips and any on-chain transfers are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the App's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including any laws governing cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The App and its content (excluding third-party and open-source components under their own licenses) are owned by the Publisher and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that reminders will always be delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, FUNDS, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the Publisher's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is USD 0 for a free app), or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Acknowledgment regarding Solana Mobile
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The App is provided by the Publisher, not by Solana Mobile Inc. or its affiliates (the "Solana Mobile Parties").
- The Solana Mobile Parties are not a party to these Terms and bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the App or your use of it. All disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Terms apply equally to, and for the benefit of, the Solana Mobile Parties, who are intended third-party beneficiaries of Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11.
- Any dispute regarding the App is between you and the Publisher.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publisher and the Solana Mobile Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your blockchain transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Third-party services
The App interacts with third-party services you have chosen or that are necessary to its function, including your wallet app and the public Solana network and RPC endpoints. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may cease distribution or update the App at any time. The Solana Mobile dApp Store operator may remove the App at any time in accordance with its policies. Sections 4–11 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law, you agree that the courts located in Indonesia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, which will accompany the corresponding App release. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
