This Privacy Policy explains how the Sit Less mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information. Sit Less is published by daniatus ("the Publisher") and distributed through the Solana dApp Store.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
Sit Less is a personal health-reminder app. It is designed to be privacy-preserving:
- We do not operate any server that collects, stores, or receives your personal data.
- We do not have user accounts, logins, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
- All of your activity data stays on your device.
- The only information that leaves your device does so because you choose to connect a wallet or send a tip on the Solana network, and even then it is handled by the wallet you already use and by the public Solana blockchain — not by us.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally on your device (in the App's local storage). This data never leaves your device through us and is not transmitted to the Publisher:
- Settings — work hours, reminder interval, snooze interval, squat and water goals, and Pomodoro settings.
- Activity records — logs of stand-ups, squats, water intake, and Pomodoro focus sessions, together with their timestamps.
- Wallet connection state — whether a wallet is connected and the connected wallet's public address (see Section 3). Private keys are never accessed or stored.
You can erase all of this data at any time from Settings → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App (see Section 8).
3. Wallet connection
The App uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to let you connect a Solana wallet already installed on your device.
- When you tap Connect Wallet, your wallet app asks you to authorize the connection. If you approve, the App receives your wallet's public address only.
- The App never receives, requests, or stores your seed phrase, private keys, or any wallet credentials. All signing happens inside your own wallet app.
- Your public address is used solely to identify the sending account when you choose to send a tip, and to display a shortened form of your address in the App.
4. Blockchain transactions and network requests
The App can send a voluntary tip of 0.15 SOL to the developer on the Solana mainnet. This is the only feature that transmits data off your device, and only when you initiate it:
- Recent blockhash lookup. To build a tip transaction, the App sends a request to a public Solana RPC endpoint (
https://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com). That endpoint and the intervening network will see your device's IP address and the request. We do not control the privacy practices of the public RPC provider. - Transaction submission. The transaction is signed inside your wallet and broadcast to the Solana network. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public, permanent, and irreversible. Your public address, the recipient address, the amount, and the timestamp become part of the public ledger. We cannot delete or alter blockchain data.
We do not receive any confirmation, personal data, or funds routing through the Publisher; the tip goes directly from your wallet to the recipient address on-chain.
5. Notifications
Sitting reminders are delivered as local Android system notifications scheduled on your device. There is no push-notification server and no notification data is sent to us or any third party.
6. Permissions the App requests
- Internet — used only to fetch a recent blockhash from the public Solana RPC endpoint when you send a tip.
- Post notifications — to show local reminder notifications.
- Schedule exact alarm / use exact alarm — to deliver reminders at the times you configure.
The App requests no location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage-scanning, or similar permissions.
7. Data we do not collect
We do not collect, process, sell, or share any of the following: names, email addresses (other than if you voluntarily email us for support), phone numbers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, biometric data, health-record identifiers, government IDs, financial-account credentials, or any other "regulated" or sensitive personal data. Because we operate no back-end, we hold no such data to begin with.
8. Data retention and deletion
Because all App data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control:
- Use Settings → Clear data to permanently delete all settings and activity records from the device.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data.
Data already written to the Solana blockchain (see Section 4) is outside our control and cannot be deleted by us or by you, as it is inherent to public blockchains.
9. Children
Sit Less is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to accept tips-related and wallet functionality, consistent with our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Because the App collects no personal data on any server, no parental-consent data is gathered; if you believe a child has used the App, simply clear data or uninstall it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law and comparable laws such as the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because the App stores your data only on your device and we hold none of it, you can exercise these rights directly by viewing, exporting, or clearing your data within the App. For any questions about your rights, contact us at diatusdiyah@proton.me.
11. Independent controllers
The Publisher acts as an independent data controller for any limited processing described here. Wallet providers, the public Solana RPC provider, and the Solana network are independent third parties governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in an updated App release and its store listing.
